1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Smart 3D, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Smart 3D for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials.
Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Smart 3D.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Smart 3D. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

3.1 Commercial Use

Standard and Pro plan subscribers may use generated content for commercial purposes. Free plan users are limited to personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Smart 3D:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
To generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Smart 3D or another user.
To engage in any automated use of the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart 3D or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Smart 3D.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
